Tanglewood Golf Community Homeowners Association
All homeowners or condominium owners are members of the Tanglewood Golf Community Homeowners Association.  The Association has two types of dues, an annual general assessment and quarterly sewer assessments.

Quarterly sewer assessments are currently $110.  Information and Association status letters can be obtained from Freund Associates, Sherry Diegel, 248-486-6367 or sherry@twoodonline.com. 

In addition, there are two condominium associations within the community and information regarding their monthly dues and Association status letters can be obtained from their respective treasurers:
